Meditation and mindfulness training allow you to reconnect with the present moment, letting go of the past and releasing expectations for the future (which is, of course, comprised of "now's").
There is no time like the present. Take a deep breathe, and allow yourself to be here, now.
Cassidy is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, practising in Toronto and area. She graduated meditation teacher training in the Learn to REST program under Sara Moncrieff. Cassidy has also taken courses at the University of Toronto (Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation), the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Centre for Applied Neuroscience, Kadampa Meditation Centre, Zen Buddhist Temple, Awakened Meditation Centre, Transcendental Meditation Centre of Canada, Art of Living Foundation, and more. Cassidy learned reiki under Reiki Master Barb Keshen, and studied Intro to Crystals (Level 1) at Happy Soul in Toronto.
An avid reader and student, Casisdy has studied happiness for many years. Her quest to learn about the topic has found her travelling to such countries as India, Bali, Thailand, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Spain and Sayulita (Mexico) and more.
Today, she teaches mindful meditation at Calii Love, Kit and Ace, lululemon, Titika and more. She'll often remind you to "allow yourself to be here, now."
Cassidy considers herself to not only be a teacher of meditation, but more importantly, a student.
